It a lovely apartment close by the sea. I had to check in late very late which was no problem for Edeline, she was very understanding and made everything possible. I would definitely book it again.

I was communicating with Jan. He was very responsive. The place was very well appointed and every thing you need was available . Lot of though has been given by host to make the guests comfortable. Place was impeccably clean and fresh. The location is right across JI Expo . it exactly what I was wanting . Mecand my daughter throughly enjoyed staying in this place.

Vacationing in this place is fun, there are netflix and youtube premium facilities that guests can access, fast wifi and complete cooking equipment, overall good places

We had a wonderful stay at Nowy’s place. The place was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the stunning views from the balcony, the convenient location close to the Mall’s and the host's warm hospitality. We had such a great stay here! The apartment was super clean, smelled really nice, and had everything we needed. So convenient! The location is awesome too. Really close to the toll gate and just a short walk to McD. Merry was an amazing host. Very quick to respond, and really helpful. I had a wonderful stay at Mr. Aria’s place. The room was clean, comfortable, high speed WiFi and well-equipped with everything I needed during my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet environment and the convenient location. It truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. Mr. Aria was a kind and responsive host who made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely love to stay here again when I return to Jakarta. Highly recommended!

The apartment is spectacular. The luxurious feeling was very hospitable. Well decorated, beautiful decor and convenient amenities. The view is amazing. Laundry snd convenience store right downstairs. Pool is excellent. Food and supermarket easily available just a few minutes walk. The staff Intan was very nice to communicate with. She was kind, helpful and gave clear instructions. It was such an incredible experience in this apartment. I look forward to being back here soon...

Just be aware that you need the door card not only for access to your room but also for entering floors and such. I settled in and had a peaceful sleep on a soft bed. Mrs. Metty the caretaker of the place was always attentive, helpful and responsive to any issues or concerns I had.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The host was kind, polite, and communication was excellent throughout. I would definitely recommend this place!

Stephanie is absolutely incredible. Always quick to respond and her staff delivers any requested items within the hour (sometimes within minutes). One of the most responsive host. Was very impressed. The condo complex itself was brilliant. For an 8 year old condo it was extremely well maintained and well staffed. The outdoor swimming pool was not heated but was not cold even on days when it just rained. The gym was decent and had everything for a standard workout. Indoor swimming pool was warm ish. The lifts was always fast and well ventilated. The lobby was nice and cool and plenty of comfy seats. The place itself was fantastic. High pressure hot water. A ok size bath tub. Toilets flushed well. 3 very cold air con. Internet speed measured 30-40mbps download. Fast enough for a child on constant Roblox and Netflix. Washing machine and fridge were both looking new. The floor was high and the view was of the swimming pool. Walking distance to 3 malls which was amazingly convenient.

The elevated location offers spectacular panoramic vistas that made our mornings and evenings truly special. Location & Accessibility The apartment is reasonably accessible, though guests with frequent meetings in the city center or southern areas should plan for extra travel time due to traffic congestion during peak hours. However, the location offers excellent convenience with easy access to Ranch Market, Central Park Mall, and various other shopping and dining facilities nearby. Minor Suggestion While everything was well-appointed, adding a microwave to the kitchen would enhance the convenience for future guests preparing quick meals. Exceptional Host Service Clarissa went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. She was particularly attentive in resolving WiFi connectivity issue
