Holiday rentals with a home theatre in North Jakarta City

The unit as described as the picture. I had a problem with the bathroom thing and cleanliness but the host being so proactive and he give the solution rightaway. Good place and overall i had a good time, thank you for the restitution Ko Andre!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you like fishes, then this is a great place for you! There’s a park with multiple fish pools, and the sea is within walking distance, where you can also see the fish. It was a unique and peaceful experience. I would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

It is the best accomodation in Greenbay apartment, and it looks exactly the same as the pictures. Strongly recommend you to book this room. I've tried in other units, only this one looks the same as the pictures 👍👍👍👍

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Good location, very nice apartment and furniture Gym ,swimming pool and hot tub also included. nearby Family mart and Lawson for grocery shopping. Overal very good value for the money
