Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in North Coast

I had a great time staying at Janette’s place in Napa. It was better than advertised and Janette was easy to work and super helpful when I needed to extend my stay. The unit was in perfect condition and was actually nicer than I expected. Major plus - the unit is centrally located and the resort had a super convenient shuttle to downtown Napa in the late afternoon and evening. I will definitely come back to Janette’s place when I am in Napa.

My husband and I stayed for about 10 days. Quiet neighborhood. Rick's place was clean and cozy. When I needed to contact Rick, he was available to answer my questions right away. He was responsive and pleasant. Accessing directly from the parking lot (covered, assined space) to the apartment was very easy and quick. I would stay here again.

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

We were heading up north for our son's/ brother's wedding and really needed a 2 bedroom/2 bath place for us so my wife and daughter could each have their space to get ready. Riley's place provided that and more. Everything was very nice and homey, it helped us to just relax. Riley had a lot of little additions also that were perfect, hairdryer, ironing board with iron, etc, plus the kitchen had all the neccessary items to make ourselves at home instead of always eating out. The linen closet was well stocked with extra towels and bedding. It was very clean and well taken care of. Riley's communication was both proactive in getting us all the needed info before having to ask for anything upon arrival and also, once there, a quick response to any questions. As a family, we enjoyed the stay very much and would without hesitation book this place again should we be back in the area. Thanks for helping us relax during a hectic family week.

Harold was fantastic at communication and was responsive at any and all questions I had no matter how small! The condo has a pretty view of the water and the planes and it was such a pleasure to stay at. We hope to be back!

This is a condo run by a hotel management company so there were no wierd issues that you might (and usually do!) encounter at a personal home. Ligia was very upfront about the whole process. The only thing of note, there is not a lot of parking so if you're a multi-family, carpooling would be recommended. We didn't use any of the property's amenities.

Our stay at 1716 Lofts (hosted by Advanstay) was terrific, and it solved a particular need of ours (an interim stay between homes) very well. The location rocks: You can easily walk to Melo’s, CorePower Yoga, 5 Tacos & Beers, Barnes & Noble – all the downtown Walnut Creek highlights, and without having to find parking, which can be tricky. Speaking of parking, the property’s assigned garage space was secure and convenient. The TV and sofa-sectional viewing area were well-thought-out and comfortable. The appliances were of higher quality than you usually find in short-term rentals – excellent dishwasher, fridge, and microwave, as well as a generously sized washer and dryer. The walk-in shower stood out in the bathroom – you don’t often find that in short-term rentals, either. All in all, we give this property very high marks!

Ayo's place is great and he is a perfect host. I will stay there next time I will be back in Berkeley. I highly recommend his place!

We will keep coming back. It was a beautiful room and so comfortable. We unfortunately parked in the wrong area and didn’t see signage (in the dark) telling us where the unit was. However, the stay itself was wonderful and after having a tumble in the dark on the property, the owner came and checked on us first thing in the morning. To me, that was pretty amazing. Even though we never met, it was like staying with a friend. Thank you so much for making our stay so positive. As we are from the Bay Area and travel to the Napa area often, we will certainly be back and will pass on recommendations to this unit every chance we get. 😊

Excellent location for access to The Silverado!

I can’t say enough about Kim as a host and the property. Everything exceeded our expectations. Upon our arrival Kim had two welcome bags sent to our room personalized for our experience. No detail was left out! Sun screen and water bottles for our event, flip flops to wear by the pool. She thought of everything. The resort amenities were great and the staff was on top of their game in every way. Kim will defiantly be our first call for our next trip! Thank you Kim for making our stay amazing.

Beautiful resort, many complexes in one though, maybe? We still aren’t sure, but everyone was helpful and kind! We were able to skip timeshare brief by flatly stating disinterest, but they certainly tease free gifts. Not sure what we missed out on. Pool and hiking trail were very nice! Only caution with shuttle, which ended for the season (maybe? They seemed unclear about the schedule) a day after we arrived, but we only went into downtown Napa for a night anyway. Caution also that it can apparently get crowded on weekend, especially last return trip of night and is first come, first serve, so maybe have a backup plan. Lodging was very nice and complex overall quite nice and worth value due to location

We stayed as part of a large family reunion, with family members in various units in this complex. This worked out really well, and management was kind enough to allow us to have a BBQ on the patio near the main entrance building. Very enjoyable stay overall

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo! Liz was quick to respond, incredibly nice and great with offering up her help/advice. The place was clean and we really loved the big bathroom, kitchen and pools/hot tub. It’s the perfect spot to take your family for a weekend! Will definitely stay again.

Family-oriented resort, with loads of amenities. Not much once you step off the property unless you drive into Lakeport.

In town for a wedding and this was an affordable and easy place to be (less than 5 minutes away from each of the few places we needed to be - but folks say all of Chico is 5 minutes away!). We'll be back whenever we visit the area again.

Amazing location - the beach pass to the private beach made this stay already worth it! Irish beach is stunning and so empty, we loved it. The space has lovely windows overlooking a yard where many deer come visit and we even saw a bobcat! The hot tub is great and probably the best Airbnb hot tub we’ve been in! I’m sure the upstairs balcony was amazing as well - we just didn’t use it much since it rained most of our stay. Our dog enjoyed the yard very much, it’s very private and far away from other people’s houses. It’s not fenced but a long line worked just as well! I would mention that it would have been good to know ahead of time that the place does not have a full kitchen. The freezer is not medium - it’s tiny and doesn’t freeze well. There is no real stove, just hot plates, no blender, not a real oven etc. It would have been good to know ahead of time since we usually bring food for trips and like to cook. We would definitely book again and just plan for different food!

We stayed here for our 23rd anniversary, and this home exceeded our expectations. We normally stay bluff side, but I'm glad we didn't. Pauline has put so much thought into making this the perfect get away and the layout is ideal for a couple looking for a quiet and private retreat. We loved the hot tub, views, fireplace (which worked great ;-) and the wonderfully comfortable beds. Many whale spouts and great dinners at the Vue and Sea Ranch Lodge where we charged our car.

Love the location. Comfortable and well kept home. Definitely will visit again.
