In Gladsax Manor, there is now the possibility to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Beautiful and bright apartment in classic Österlengård

The farm is located in Örnahusen, on beautiful Österlen at the tip of the east coast. It's a perfect place for a lovely vacation for the big family or two. The nearest neighbors are 100 meters away, so the house is very private. The patio is private and perfect for children and animals to move freely without risking running out on the road. The farm is surrounded by fields that give an open and bright feeling. It is walking distance to the sea and the beautiful long beaches that Österlen is so well known for.

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Contains 2 single beds (incl. duvet and pillows) that can be moved together, toilet + "trinett kitchen" and separate shower with separate entrance. It is popular to jwalk on the shore of the several km long beach and finish with a dip before breakfast.Restaurants from organic/vegetarian to 2 star Michelin within 10 min by car. Check-in Saturdays after 3 pm, check-out Saturdays before 11 am. No smoking ! Welcome!

Here at Norrekås Beach Studios, you can look out over the ocean and the horizon. Enjoy the silence, hike along the trails north and south. I do - enjoy. In 2015, I found my oasis. My pearl that gave me the opportunity to create the opportunity for others to come for a while and enjoy the tranquility and the waves. I grow my own vegetables, run my shop and welcome guests from near and far. You are welcome to share all this with me. My studios are welcoming and have everything you need to just be.

Cottage near the beach in Borrby

Vakna till ljudet av vågorna och kliv rakt ut på en av Österlens vackraste stränder. Vår stuga ligger 25 meter från havet, vid Kyhls strand, med lång sandstrand som sträcker sig vidare mot Borrby Strand, Mälarhusen och Sandhammaren. Här bor du i ett lugnt och naturnära läge, med havet som närmsta granne. Perfekt för lata dagar i solen, morgondopp och promenader längs stranden. Stugan är placerad som sista huset innan stranden tar vid, vilket ger en känsla av avskildhet och närhet till naturen.

House in Skillinge, fishing village on the south-east coast of Sweden. On the first floor is a large living room with a fireplace, a large bedroom with one double bed, a kitchen and a large bathroom. Access to front & back garden. On the second floor is a large room with TV, fireplace & a sofa bed with two beds, a large bedroom with a double bed & a toilet. Close to the sea & restaurants such as 2-star Michelin awarded Vyn. Because of steep stairs, the house is not suitable for small children.

Helt nybyggt 2022, mycket fräscht fristående gästhus på 40 kvm, 100 m från stranden. Du bor i ett skogsliknande område, med havsbrus och stranden som granne. Tar ett morgon- och/eller kvällsdopp. Kopplar av med milslånga promenader eller cykelturer (cyklar kan lånas). I detta tysta område finner du två sovrum i var ände (160 och 140cm säng), ett vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats, badrum med dusch och ett fullt utrustat kök. Snabb wifi. Trädäck samt stenlagd uteplats, matplats och grill.

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the larger one on the right. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a large sleeping loft with headroom for adults to stand. Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Guest house close to the beach - Örnahusen 59

Our guest house is located only 400 meters from the ocean in the very picturesc village of Örnahusen. The house is renovated with a new, fully equiped kitchen, 2019. We run a sourdough bakery next door. Check out Gamla Bageriet at social media and opening hours. Within walking distance you can also visit an Indian clothing shop, a carpentry and you can buy your vegetables at Örnahusen gårdsbutik. The beaches are easy accesible within walking distance.
