The guest suite is 28 sqm and is rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Included in the rent is also TV with chromecast, towels, linens and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 min will take you to Oslo city centre. The bus departs every 15 minutes.

Malmøya is well known for it's ore foundation that gives rise to its scenic nature and surroundings. You can hike as well as bathe her throughout the year. Malmøya, and the city, is best experienced by bike or foot. We have a maid cleaning the property. You only need to throw out the trash.

It is my kids' room normally but I rent it out as a studio (private entrance, kitchenette and bathroom) when they are away. Nothing is shared with me or someone else.
