Modern guest suite in a separate part of a detached house built in 2022. Central location with bus stop 100 meters from the house that takes you to Oslo city center. The guest suite is 28 sqm and rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of a bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Also included in the rent are TV with chromecast, towels, bed linen and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 minutes takes you to Oslo city center. The bus runs every 15 minutes.

Østensjøvannet in the immediate vicinity with great nature and an active bird life. Centrally located with both 3 minutes to the bus and 6 minutes to the subway to the city center.
