Take a vacation in Oslo and stay in our cozy family home. The house has 3 floors. On the 1st floor you will find a spacious entrance hall, a very well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room full of books and a dining room with access to a very undisturbed garden with heated swimming pool of 8x4 meters (1.50 deep). In the garden we have a cozy garden room with sofa and dining table, a barbecue area and table tennis table. Three bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor, with exit to the terrace. Basement living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with sauna in the basement.

Perfect for city and countryside holidays. 15 minutes by car to civilization or 20 minutes by train to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. To Varingskollen Alpine Center it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and cycling routes start at the doorstep. The host lives nearby and is available. The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

The house owners, Ragnhild and Max, are both very much part of the art world; Ragnhild is an opera singer and Max combines painting and writing with working with Italian design. The lush garden has a real Mediterranean feeling with olive trees and different aromatic plants which really invites to relaxation and enjoyment. The garden includes a all year hot tub/ jacuzzi.

The house is well equipped to cook in the wood-fired pizza oven, but otherwise there is only a small stove!

There is a fgreat view to the Oslo fjord and Ekerberg from this apartment.
