I designed and built my dream, a very special 12x4m residential ship made of steel, wood and glass - as a unique all-season boat made of ecological building materials for a healthy indoor climate, with a great view through large window fronts, a large sheltered terrace, furnished with loving details, more open Kitchen, shower, bathing ladder, paddle boat. The Habitide is located in the modern and lively Schleswig city harbor on the beautiful Schlei - pure, healthy, dream holiday! :)

The apartment with balcony is located on the 2nd floor of the house Uthlande and has direct sea view from the living room and south balcony. Here you will find a bright and spacious living-dining room. The bedroom accommodates two persons in the double bed. The second bedroom offers two more sleeping possibilities (separate single beds). A modern shower room refreshes you already in the morning. The technical equipment of the apartment includes a W-Lan connection, flat screen TV.

Large apartment directly on the sea with hot tub & sauna

Our apartment 1 is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/ dining area for shared evenings. From here it is 2 minutes to the beach and a few seconds to the pond. There is a hot tub and sauna available for communal use in the garden. Here you just have to coordinate with the other guests. You can also bring your dog.
