During the 2022 renovation, we combined the charm of the former settlement house with its old wooden floorboards in the living/dining area and the terrazzo floors with modern accents.

The vacation home is located in the small idyllic town of Wasserkoog near the North Sea. The spacious garden offers a wide view towards the southwest of the countryside and the sunset in the evening. If you feel like hustle and bustle, St. Peter-Ording, Husum, Tönning or Friedrichstadt with the many sights are not too far away. The famous lighthouse in Westerhever is very close. Backstein-Charme mit Cottage-Touch. Ein Ort der Geborgenheit, geprägt durch die Ruhe und Weite des Marschlandes. "Einfach" im besten Sinne. Kinder willkommen. Hygiene: Reinigung durch Profis, Waschmaschine direkt im Haus und frei verfügbar. Das Wohnzimmer und die zwei Schlafzimmer wurden 2025 von Grund auf saniert und erhielten einen Dielenboden. 2026 entstand ein neues Terrassendeck aus Holz.

Just one kilometre from the Wadden Sea National Park, you can experience the charm of a lovingly renovated 120-year-old Frisian house.
