New apartment on the west beach

Hello, we offer a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), walk to the beach in 4 minutes, walk to town in 5 minutes. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. Looking forward to seeing you soon!Very suitable for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cots etc!!! I'm really sorry but since I have kids myself, I speak from experience

The 25 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. Very good location, central on Norderney. All services are within walking distance. Pets are not allowed. Sie zeichnet sich durch eine sehr zentrale Lage aus. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 240 m. Zum Kurplatz mit dem angrenzenden Badehaus sind es ca. 350 m. Bis 4 Personen geeignet und buchbar (bitte Hinweis dazu beachten). Sie wurde Anfang 2025 vollumfänglich renoviert.

The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
