The high-quality equipped apartment on the 4th floor, west view to the sea, is equipped with a box spring bed, comfortable sofa bed, dining table and ample closet space. The huge terrace, which runs around the apartment and partially covered, offers magnificent lake views towards Juist and the open sea. A modern equipped bathroom with rain shower/toilet, the indoor swimming pool with sauna on the ground floor, elevator and an optional parking space in the yard of the building complete the comfort.

Directly on the sea and the seafront. High up above the island on the 12th floor. Norderney doesn't get any higher. Fantastic views to the east over the whole island and to the lighthouse, as well as to the sea to the north, which is right at their feet. Wheelchair accessible. Entrance area with wardrobe, shower/WC, living-dining area with sea view and fully equipped kitchen/oven/stove/dishwasher, separate bedroom with sea view and double bed. Fiber optic wifi. WAMA/dryer. Paradise with children & animals

You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.
