Not only the maritime style but also the garden, the quiet location and last but not least the beach proximity to the ground floor apartment make vacation feelings come up. The beach of Neßmersiel is within walking distance, by bike, or car, in about 1900m. The property offers a wallbox for electric cars.

The 55 m² ground floor apartment was renovated in 2023/2024 and modernly furnished. The private terrace, the well-kept garden and the beach also invite you to relax. The beach is comfortably within walking distance of about 1300m, or can be reached by bike or car. Your dog will be able to let off steam on the beautiful dog beach.

The bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower, toilet and sink completes the floor plan.

Our apartment is located in Halbemond on the East Frisian North Sea coast ❌ Close to Norddeich, Nessmersiel or Dornumersiel! In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometres away. Leisure facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station,Waloseum and automobile & play equipment museum are located in Norddeich. The tea museum is located in Norden.
