Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with access to the garden in a listed building (around 1900). The apartment is newly renovated. Ultimately, everything is new. There are two rooms available, in one there is a bed (140 cm x 200 cm) with a wardrobe. In the other is the kitchen and living room area. The living area is equipped with a TV and seating. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking (pots, plates, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, etc.)

A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi are available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.
