Oasis old town in MG

In the middle of the center and yet in a quiet location. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, there is the small but nice apartment. "The Place to be", in the most beautiful part of the old town. The mall "Minto" is a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and the "colorful garden" can be reached in just 10 minutes. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly on site.

The rooms ( 38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house.The apartment is not enclosed.It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen,storage room and bathroom.Everything is available for self-catering.Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be verified with ID card.

From this centrally located accommodation, you can be in the city center of Mönchengladbach in 10 minutes. Bus stop is a few houses away. Shops such as butcher, bakery, supermarket, etc. are also nearby. In the accommodation, which consists of 2 rooms and a bathroom separated in toilet and shower, which is located in the hallway, there is a sofa bed for 2 people and a mattress on the floor. I live on the two upper floors!
