The rooms (38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/bedroom, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people possible at an extra cost. Reservations only with ID verified.

Our apartment, within walking distance of the "Altes Markt", is freshly renovated and newly furnished. The kitchen-living room has a cozy sitting area. There is a comfortable double bed in the bedroom. The bathroom with shower is equipped with towels and bath towels, pharmacy, hairdryer and toilet paper. A cozy sitting area awaits you in the courtyard. The use of our fitness room is free. Parking is available in front of our house.

From this centrally located place you are in 10 minutes in the city center of Mönchengladbach. Bus stop a few houses away. Shops such as a butcher, bakeries, supermarket, etc. are also nearby. In the accommodation, which consists of 2 rooms as well as a bathroom separated into toilet and shower, which is located on the hallway, there is 1 sofa bed for 2 people as well as a mattress on the floor. I live on the two upper floors!
