The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

Enjoy staying at this cozy and centrally located home. The sole use guarantees days to feel good. In the nicely cut apartment, on the covered terrace or in the magnificent garden. Excellent base for getting to Sparkassen Park, Herzpark, the train station, AB 61 (approx. 5 minutes), bus (2 minutes), and Hardter Wald. All shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. 30 Zone.
