It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 is about 8 km away. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². My apartment is in Dusseldorf-Pempelfort, close to the city center, where you can enjoy shopping and nightlife and then walk home. Public transport with train (D-Zoo), tram or subway within a few minutes. Airport by S-Bahn 7 minutes drive. Here it is urban and also quiet at the same time. Within walking distance you find supermarkets, restaurants, pubs as well as green areas which invite to relax in summer. If you come by car, let me know so I can provide you my parking spot in a garage nearby.

The rooms ( 38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house.The apartment is not enclosed.It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen,storage room and bathroom.Everything is available for self-catering.Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be verified with ID card.
