This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

El shopping Fan Mallorca está a 950 metros, y también tienes algunos supermercado y tiendas próximas en la zona. Estarás a un par de minutos andando de Es Carnatge, un espacio natural costero protegido con pequeñas calas arenosas y un paseo marítimo con acceso para peatones y ciclistas.

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.
