What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

This was our second time staying in Luis’ lovely flat and we will be back again I’m sure! Comfortable and clean in an amazing location, it’s the perfect spot for a family holiday. We had some small hiccups during the week and Luis was very responsive and extremely helpful. A great experience!

A beautifully situated flat with a large balcony with views over the mountains. The flat is quiet and peaceful yet only a stone's throw from all the amenities, restaurants , cafes and shops and the beautiful promenade and sea. We spent many hours relaxing and reading on the veranda, great new electric sun awnings, then stepped out of the front of door of the building into a lively seaside town to swim, have coffees and eat out. It couldn't be better placed. Great master bedroom with mountain views and a homely atmosphere in the flat. We would recommend wholeheartedly!

Good apartment, we had a pleasant stay and communication was easy!

A short break with the family at Easter, would not normally book a place so close to everything as we do lie peace and quiet. The apartment is literally across the street from the beach and situated above shops and cafes, with eateries to the left and right. The holiday was great, people watching from front balcony, then at night close the doors a peace, the apartment was as expected with no shock horrors, the area is beautiful with lots of nice walks around, beautiful coast and plenty to do. If self catering is planned the visit the eroski stores, much cheaper than the local stores. Overall a great apartment in a lovely part of Mallorca. Would definitely recommend and would return. We had a wonderful stay at Mabel's place. The apartment is spacious, spread over two floors and is perfectly located in a quiet and private residential area. The amenities are good, there is everything you need. The kitchen is functionally furnished, a big plus is the washing machine. There is no dishwasher, which did not bother us. The balcony is great. The swimming coves on site are within walking distance. Bathing shoes urgently required due to the stones. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. Car is urgently necessary, parking is available easily. Mabel is a very nice and attentive host who is always available to her guests. Thank you dear Mabel for the beautiful stay.

We loved Gabriel's apartment. The location was perfect for a short walk into town, but away from the busy-ness. The space was comfortable and quiet - and the balcony was ideal for morning coffee! Thank you ✌️

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

The apartment is like described and shown in the pictures: with a breathtaking view of the bay of Port de Soller. All amenities are available, the kitchen is fully equipped. Theo bedrooms including separate bathrooms gives you all the freedom. Within 10 minutes walking distance you reach Port de Soller, where you’ll find anything from bars and restaurants. We stayed in the apartment with our little daughter (14 months), which was absolutely convenient - even a kids chairs was available. Thank you for having us - we’ll come back and already recommended to our friends and family.

We were 4 adults and 4 kids between 3&9. Everything was perfect. The spiral staircase in the apartment can only be used with young children.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, has a sunny balcony and a great roof terrace. you immediately feel at home, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The place was now pleasantly quiet for us in the low season, a small supermarket with bakery was open, some restaurants as well. But we also liked to take care of ourselves in the small kitchen. In the area you can do a lot, look at small towns, explore beaches or just enjoy nature. Given the very negative experience with our rental car, I would take the recommendation of the apartment provider next time! I was traveling with my daughter and we really loved the stay.

Extra stay. Conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. 5 minutes from Cala Romántica and its beach. Spacious, bright, clean and well-equipped apartment, very nice exterior. In short, a stay that's too short. Fred

We had a very nice vacation in a very nice apartment in a beautiful complex. We felt very comfortable and there was nothing to complain about. Had a problem with the safe at the beginning, but briefly communicated with Andrés and immediately fixed the problem. We'll be back for sure . Pool is magical, quiet, large, clean and relaxing. We've never had such a nice pool. 🥰Supermarket right next door with fresh baguette and other goodies. So always happy to come back

This is a great apartment. Well located - think it’s hard to find a place with this much space and a good pool so close to town without spending a lot of money. Great view from the bedrooms and the balcony. Great for kids/families - with the pool, play park across the street, beach close by and pool. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! Antonia and Antoni explained to us in advance how to easily find the apartment and Antoni waited for us even though our flight was delayed. He even offered to take our first shopping. On site, he showed us around and explained everything. Also during our stay, Antonia and Antoni were always available by phone if there were any questions. In the apartment, everything was very clean and there was everything you needed. Soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, towels, bed linens. Everything was there. Even the basics for the kitchen like salt, spices, oil and even drinks and a fruit basket. The kitchen is well equipped and overall we simply lacked nothing there. The apartment is located in a beautiful area where restaurants, the beach and small shops are within walking distance. The pool was clean and big enough to swim a bit. The roof terrace invited us to stargaze.
