Chalet holiday rentals in Nord de Palma District

Andrés is a knowledgeable and very warm host! He was immediately available for questions. The house and the entire complex are very well maintained and clean. And also beautiful. In short, we loved it all!

We were 5 people in the accommodation for a week and we liked it very much. Miquel and his father were very nice, we got a great briefing and we were also very happy with the fruit that was provided upon our arrival, as well as the Mallorcan cake we received. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is really nothing missing here. The outdoor seating area is very cozy, we really sat here every evening. On the recommendation of Miquel's father, we visited the restaurant in St. Magdalena and were very enthusiastic. The proximity to the city of Inca ensures that there are enough shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity and due to the central location we were able to explore the island very well. With two small cars (Fiat 500 and Seat Ibiza) we could easily park in the driveway. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back. Thank You!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was fully equipped, the style is clean and cozy. The entire house and outdoor area are clean. There was even a barbecue grill. We loved our days there. We ended up renting a car, because even though the mini market in Cala Pi has a lot of groceries, it is easier to get around with a rental for shopping and seeing other places. We are planning to come again. Thank you!

We had a very nice week with Silvia and Juan. The property is beautiful, spacious and with a fenced pool and table tennis table, ideal for families with children! We had breakfast on the terrace every day and let the day end. There were beach umbrellas and even children's toys. It was especially practical for us that there was a washing machine. When travelling with small children, this is a great relief! The only negative thing was that the time flew by too quickly. We would definitely come back. ☀️

Very cute home, had a great stay, the heat at times was unbearable but the location was so great and we weren’t really at the house anyways. The host was very kind and responsive so I would rate the house 5 stars with the only downside being how hot it gets.

It was our second time staying here. We love this place! The house is perfect for a big group (we were 6 adults, 2 kids and a newborn). The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor kitchen area is great too. We appreciated the quiet area, the patio and the pool. It's great that there are mosquito nets at all bedroom windows as well as AC to cool down the bedrooms before going to bed. During the night we didn't need AC because it's so quiet outside you can sleep with open windows. The beach is 10 minutes away by car and it was not problem to find free parking close to the beach. The communication with Marga & Toni was super easy and we were able to check in by ourselves. We received detailed information on how to find the house, check in as well as recommendations a couple of days before our arrival.

It has been an absolute blessing for us to find this cosy Airbnb! A very nice neighborhood that offers a lot. Walking to the beach and even bus stops nearby! The house contains everything you could ask for. We were surprised by a beautiful rooftop terrace! Francisca is a great and friendly host and responds within the minute. A real recommendation for those who want to stay in Mallorca.

Superb setting central for all the amenities. Bars restaurants and beach all within a five minutes walk. Jesus was a great host nothing was a problem to him 24 hour contact if required. He also organised fantastic taxi transfers. Would highly recommend this villa for families everything you could want.

Marina’s house is beautiful, even better than the pictures! She is very nice as well, responsive, friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Villa Can Singala was amazing. Beautiful mountains as a backdrop. The sea could be seen at the other end of the road where the pine walk starts. Really peaceful. Rooms are huge. We had a lovely welcome package with some things to help us settle straight in. Excellent communication at each stage and really quick with responses. We made some lovely memories as a family there. We couldn’t have picked a better Villa and host to book a celebration for my Dads 70th birthday. Also the pool is lovely!

The house Is amazing for a big group. the swimming pool outside is special, we had great time! You have a supermarket 5min walk and an incredible beach at 10min walk. Magaluf and Palma are easily accessible also by bus. A big room downstairs is perfect if you want to put some music without disturbing anyone around. Thanks to Janet, it was a special holiday!

Great house with a great view and it had everything we needed for our stay (7ppl on a golftrip). Matias was always easy to communicate with and he even gave us recommendation where to book shuttle service as we were a larger group. Flexible with check in and check out which was much appreciated. I can recommend the house if you want a spacious place in a calm area but still close to everything Palma has to offer.

The house was very nice and large. Easy to use for 8p. Huge garden with terrace, lockable, very large, clean and modern pool. This includes a large summer kitchen with all the utensils you need including a barbecue. The nearest beach is reachable in 5 minutes by car. It is about 40 minutes to Palma. Shopping can be found in the nearest villages, reachable in 10 minutes by car. A nice place to stay for the warm season. Thanks Margarita for the nice communication

Theresa and her husband welcomed us very hospitably. We were welcome even before the formal check in time. Theresa was always quick to respond to any questions . We were welcomed with delicious Mallorcan specialities.

We had a family vacation. We loved it. It turned out so our flight was delayed, but the hosts waited for us even though we arrived quite late. The place was clean and prepared for us and the hosts are nice and genuine people. It is also worth noting the presence of a smart cat, which added to our experience at home even more. Recommended.

We had a very nice stay. The house is spacious. You can always find a great place outside and the area is pleasantly quiet. Nevertheless, you can easily walk to the city and to the beach. We will be happy to come back here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Super close to the beach - which I personally found more beautiful than Playa de Muro. Check-in and check-out were done using a key box and instructions via chat. The only negative: the mosquitoes and the rubbish at the lake.

We stayed at Pablo's place with four adults and one small child (20 months). We've been quite happy with the place. The location is nice, a quiet neighbourhood, but within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house itself provides everything you need, though you could feel some equipment has seen better days. We were especially happy to have a fence for the pool and a safety bar for the chairs, both made it much easier with our little one. On top, Pablo's communication was always kind and very responsive. Whenever there was an issue, he quickly sorted it out. All in all, we very much appreciated staying at this place!
