We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace and pool area, where our children aged 14 and 9 had a great time. The pool is about 2 meters deep at one end, and about 1 meter deep at the low end. Furthermore, the pool is easily accessible with the stairs down. The house and the surroundings fully live up to the pictures and descriptions, and it is very private and peaceful. Our host, Fernando was extremely welcoming and thoughtful towards us. Because we arrived late and could not shop in time, he had arranged for, among other things, water and breakfast for us, so we had the bare essentials to start out with. The location of the house itself is good, and by car there is easy access to most of Mallorca. There are also a few sights in the immediate area, fx a hike up to an old fortress with a beautiful view. In Alaró there is a cozy little square with restaurants and an ice cream shop. There are two pharmacies and two smaller supermarkets. If you need to make larger purchases, the city of Inc

Very quiet and peaceful location. Pool is nice for small kids. Has everything you need. The only thing to improve would be BBQ place. Overall would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time with 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) in Marga's finca. We particularly liked the beautiful, diverse seating outside, the great pool and the outdoor kitchen. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!!

If you're considering the Finca as a venue for celebrations, there couldn’t have been a more perfect place for us to celebrate our wedding. We were able to easily arrange everything with Fabrizio and Miriam from Austria. The Finca is the ideal location for a gathering of up to 30 guests. As a vacation home, it's perfect for families or two couples.. One bedroom is located in a separate wing under the terrace, while the other section has two bedrooms connected by a staircase, all three equipped with double beds. We loved the interior design and appreciated the natural surroundings. We love chickens, and enjoyed the sounds of the free-roaming chickens and rooster on the property. Contrary to a previous guest's comment, we didn't notice any disturbing noise from the nearby, yet distant, road. For us, this place has become truly special, and we are filled with gratitude for the wonderful support from Miriam and Fabrizio! And last but not least: the pool is amazing and magical!

A fantastic location, very close to the restaurants of Cala D’Or and the beach. Its also a short walk to the Marina, with a couple of large supermarkets close by. The staff who look after the villa and clean it do a great job and were lovely and friendly. The pool is great and it was wonderful to come back to an air conditioned place. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well equipped. A very well managed property, thank you Jesus.

Our stay in the villa was great. Fantastic view, authentic decor, beautiful places to sit outside and have breakfast. The only drawback was the many mosquitoes, a lot of mosquito spray and mosquito nets are recommended. The pool is very spacious and the lounging area in the pool is a special highlight. We especially liked the very private location. Rebecca was very friendly and easily accessible.

The house it’s really nice and I would love to come back during summer. We were a family of 7 ppl youngest only 6 months and the oldest being my mother. The boys really enjoyed the table tennis game and the biljard and our oldster girl even took a chilli dip in the pool 😅 (February). The house had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The only ”negative” thing is that the dishwasher needs a cleaning (and some salt and so) since it’s working very hard at the moment to clean the dishes. A BIG PLUS for this house is that it’s the first Spanish and Mallorca house that I visited that I wasn’t cold in. It got a great heating system and heated floors here and there. So you could definitely come here in the colder months as we did. The hose is very spacious and beautiful and very CLEAN! 🙌 The host is super friendly and our visit was very smooth. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay for a week at the house very much. Margarita was excellent with communication, information about the house, and she responded quickly to our queries and request for help with a taxi. Everything was clean and tidy, and on our arrival Margarita kindly left a welcome gift in the kitchen of some wine and food. The facilities were sufficient for our needs .We used the large outside table for our meals. The cot was ready on our arrival and stair gates in place for the children thank you. The swimming pool was kept very clean. The linen and towels were fresh and clean. We have a couple of observations: Our experience could have been improved if pool toys and a few basic children’s toys had been supplied ; we also suggest providing some basic kitchen condiments.

This has been simply the best holiday we could have hoped for. The house is incredible! It’s perfect in every way possible for a group of sea swimmers. It is the best location we have ever stayed, and so close to the crystal clear, blue sea! Rachel’s place is heaven on earth and we can’t thank her enough for her wonderful hospital, attention to detail and thoughtfulness. We will be back!

Warm, friendly. Always reachable. Central and with a better location, you can hardly spend your vacation. Amenities leave nothing to be desired.

Idyllic Parenthese in a quiet and relaxing environment. The sea view and cliffs is beautiful and the sunset visible from the terrace. Tastefully decorated house like bohemian chic, quality equipment. Spacious terrace with bed overlooking the sea. Outdoor spaces surrounding flowery and clean.

Everything was excellent, the location was fantastic and the Casita divina and very comfortable. I would repeat again

We loved our stay at Toni’s place. The location was fun with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also loved the proximity to the beach.

We loved our stay at David's place! We were a group of six and we all entered perfectly, with more than enough space to be comfortable. The house was spotless, very well cared for, and had everything we needed for unforgettable days. In addition, David was an exceptional host, always attentive and willing to help us with what we needed. We would definitely repeat and recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-managed place. An experience of 10!

We stayed at Pablo's place for three weeks with three adults and two children (ages 3 and 1). We loved the outdoor space with the toys and the kids enjoyed playing in the yard. We appreciated all the amenities for children, crib, highchair, etc. As well as the gate for the pool for peace of mind. We had an issue with the stove towards the end of our stay and Pablo responded immediately eventually replacing the entire stove within the same day! Truly above and beyond service. Would stay here again if given the chance.

Great location and amazing house!

We had a family vacation. We loved it. It turned out so our flight was delayed, but the hosts waited for us even though we arrived quite late. The place was clean and prepared for us and the hosts are nice and genuine people. It is also worth noting the presence of a smart cat, which added to our experience at home even more. Recommended.

Wonderful stay - it’s much more spacious than on the photos and very comfortable! Also close to many idyllic beaches! We stayed here with two boys - 2 and 4 years old and they loved the warm shower outside! Def recommend staying here!

Our stay at Francisca’s place was lovely. Nice home for our stay in Alcudia, lots of space inside and out. Good location walkable to the beach and locals shops and restaurants. Great communication throughout from Francisca, thank you for having us!
