It is a cozy house full of sun all day, with a well-kept garden and with swimming pool with sun loungers and two umbrellas with two tables in different corners and facing south has 2 bedrooms 1 with double bed and the other with 2 beds and a bathroom with a shower, the living room with access to the pool with 2 sofas and a wood stove and the Kitchen well equipped with an antique stone pike and all the necessary utensils. The house is very quiet and surrounded by trees and with a parkin for a car inside.

You will have sole use of this studio room with a private entrance and bathroom and patio area. Once inside the studio you will find a comfy sleeping area, en-suite bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities with a small fridge, microwave and hot plate. There is also portable A/C.
