Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Balearic Islands

Victoria was a lovely host, her beautiful estate made us feel like home and relax instantly! Our favorite beach has been the closest: BOSSA beach! The favorite ice cream parlor in Ibiza has been DIVA! we stayed with family 5 people and toddler of 2 in Daniel's house. we had a lovely stay. Kitchen assortment complete, son could do some sports in morning space next to the kitchen. The upper floor can still be addressed. Within walking distance beach and supermarket. Piece garden with grass for small very pleasant as boulders run difficult. swimming pool little used but beach is also nearby. Surroundings wonderfully quiet in the day, in the evening loud music and karaoke but stops at 11 pm. Garden lighting for the evening a little bright these were left out and waxines and citronella against mosquitoes there because they were there early in the evening ! We've been stung a lot. a lot available in terms of beach materials. Also left a little myself.. we missed the beach towels.. read that they were also there but this was certainly not a problem. for anyone who wants to go to Alcudia on vacation, I would definitely recommend this stay. Lovely stay at this townhouse in Pollensa. Well looked after accommodation and great location for access to Pollensa. Communication with host was excellent and we were able to check in early and check out late. Only downside was in October there was no sun at the house at all since it didn’t get high enough in the sky. We went to the beach instead which was fine but a shame not to enjoy the pool area. We would definitely return in the summer when I suspect it is a sun trap. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay.

The place was clean, close to the sea and on the balcony you have a beautiful view. We thought it was great that even some little things like snacks and water were available. Even if you want to cook, there are some basics already available. We have a very good time :)

Organised last minute. Convenient and easy walking distance to restaurants.

Beautiful location. we found the place just as shown on photos. comfortable beds and seating areas, big new TV , everything looked immaculate like just been renovated. Everything you need is there. Free parking across the street and there were always spaces. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops all within walking distance. Highlight for us was the view from the balcony. Like others have mentioned the smaller of the two toilets still smelt of sewage. Looks like an ongoing problem. We never used it so wasn't a problem. But my advice to the owner would be to lock the door or get rid of the toilet and use as a store room. Atleast you won't get any negative comments. All in all a beautiful place and we will come back.

Great place near to the beach and many good restaurants. Bikes are a great way to get around and the bike storage area is very convenient. We stayed during a very hot time so the AC had a hard time cooling the sleeping areas but we were quickly brought a couple fans which made things very comfortable. I work remote and the wifi was great.
