The Casita is wonderful. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a cheery smile, a relaxed host and facilities that set the bar at its highest. We spent a month in idyllic surroundings. All credit to Malena and Carmen.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Arta verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, man kann zu Fuß alle Dinge des täglichen Lebens erreichen. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ist nah gelegen. Die Treppe zum großen Bett ist allerdings etwas abenteuerlich konstruiert, nichts für ängstliche Gemüter. Die Betreuung durch Rita war rundum sehr aufmerksam und liebenswürdig, und die kleine Hündin ist Emme von sehr freundlichem Wesen. Die Umgebung bietet schöne Ausflugsziele und Buchten mit angenehm sandigen Stränden, alles in allem also eine runde Sache. Vielen Dank, Claudia und Hannes

Apartamento ideal para un grupo. 12 plazas repartidas en 2 apartamentos gemelos unidos por una terraza, junto a una piscina. No falta de nada, lugar algo apartado del pueblo, tranquilo, pero que en un momento llegas a Cala Ratjada. A parte de tener algun pequeño rincon de playa privada al lado. Poco más se puede pedir. A parte si se ocupan las 12 plazas el precio sale muy económico. 100% recomendable.

Très bonne situation du logement, à 20' de Palma, et des plages, proche de la côte, avec les charmants villages accessibles en peu de temps. Le logement est calme avec vue sur un joli jardin. La literie est bien confortable. La cuisine est minimaliste, mais avec le nécessaire.

We stayed more than a week in Natasha’s place where her mother Rita and her little dog Emme took good care of us. What a great life for us, starting of with a nice breakfast in the fresh and bright inside courtyard, go explore the surroundings or Arta itself which is a very cute town, or go on more adventurous path to Cala torta and enjoy a day in this beach that you have to deserve :) Very easy to find, to park, to shop, to cook and Rita is a sweetheart that makes it even better. I recommend for sure !

rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, l'alloggio dispone di angolo cottura e "salottino" con anche un piccolo spazio esterno, quindi era come soggiornare in un appartamento privato con la possibilità di sfruttare le zone comuni dell'ostello. accoglienza da parte dell'host ottima.

En Peter ens va fer sentir com a casa, des d’un inici molt amable i atent. Ens ha recomanat llocs per anar i la comunicació ha sigut molt fàcil. La zona és molt bonica i tranquil·la.

Leticia est très accueillante, souriante et réactive. Le logement proposé est dans un havre de paix au calme dans un environnement naturel très agréable au milieu des oliviers et des amandiers. Pour les adeptes de nature, c'est un endroit idéal à 15 mn de Palma donc très bien placé. Leticia est très réactive et le logement correspond tout à fait à la description. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit pour celles et ceux qui ont besoin de se ressourcer après une journée de tourisme. Bunyola est bien placé pour visiter l'île en louant une voiture à l'aéroport. We had a lovely stay, the garden is really nice and we had everything we needed, the hosts were really friendly and helpfull.

Wir wurden herzlich von Gustavo begrüßt. Uns wurde alles ganz entspannt auf Englisch erklärt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert, freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

Located in a quiet area, not far from the Alcudia ferry port. it's ideal for exploring the island. There's a marina witha couple of relaxed bars a short walk away, and a good restaurant at the end of the road.

Voilà ce pourquoi nous sommes venus, un cadre idyllique, la tranquillité, des champs, des brebis, un four à bois, un barbecue, une piscine tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Des commerces à proximité également Palma et le reste de l’île (1 h en moyenne). La maison et l’extérieur sont très bien entretenus. Exactement ce qui nous a été vendu, exactement ce que nous sommes venus chercher. Merci de nous avoir partagez votre maison si charmante. Mathis et Léa

Una excelente estadía en Sa Ràpita (municipio de Campos). Xisca es una anfitriona atenta y amable, y fue un gusto concerla y conversar con ella. ¡Y también degustar su comida, en particular un delicioso frit mallorquí! El área es muy bonita y tranquila, el barrio principalmente residencial, aunque también hay comercios relativamente cerca, supermercados, farmacia, panadería, etcétera. ¡Muy recomendable!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft von Viviani. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt um den Westen zu erkunden. In der Unterkunft fehlt es einem auf jeden Fall an nichts. Sie ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet - selbst für unser Baby gab es eine Wanne, Spielzeug etc Viviani und Robert haben uns super Tipps gegeben und waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich und lieb zu unserer Kleinen Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A very beautiful and quiet property with a large garden and a small but cozy casita. We really enjoyed our stay there, and our puppy felt right at home! Communication with Ana and Matheus was excellent. They helped us very quickly with one or two problems and checked in with us almost daily. There's really nothing to complain about, except that the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped. There's no kettle, no good chopping knives, and no large cups. But that shouldn't be a problem for non-cookers, and even if you do cook, you'll be fine. Thank you, Ana & Matheus, for this wonderful stay! We wish you a great season!

The place was just as advertised. Marta gave good instructions and was very welcoming. the place was private and quiet, in a good area if you have a car. It was great for what we needed. The shared pool was enjoyable too :) .

Liebe Margrit, vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in Deinem Gästehaus verbringen durften. Auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich kennenlernen konnten, so haben wir uns - auch dank Deiner immer sehr schnellen Antworten - rundum geborgen gefühlt. Das Haus mit der riesigen Veranda und dem tollen großen Pool inmitten dieses verwunschenen Gartens war genau der richtige Zufluchtsort, um mal ein wenig abzuschalten von der Hektik des Alltags. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Vor allem, wenn uns morgens Deine Pferde beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse begrüßt haben. Das war irgendwie magisch:) Alles Gute und hoffentlich bis bald. Myriam und Thomas

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Gästehaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll hergerichtet. Man hat hier komplett seine Ruhe und kann zu Fuss nach Selva laufen. Lage ist super für Outdoor Aktivitäten wie Klettern oder Fahrradfahren, Inca ist auch nicht weit. Elisa und Sandra waren sehr nett und flexibel. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Great place to stay while in Mallorca Easy access to all the towns (By Car) pool to yourself beautiful animals around (cats, chickens) If you stay here give the kitties some water they will love you. wonderful time here for 4 nights ! Would definitely come back!

Tatjana und Peter waren und sind super herzliche Gastgeber und wir haben uns sofort pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Gästehaus auf dem Anwesen der beiden war super schön, gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet, sauber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit unserem Baby und haben sogar ein süßes Kinderbett, Hochstuhl und sogar noch Babynahrung bekommen. Die Finka liegt sehr idyllisch und ist super zum runter kommen. Jeden Morgen waren wir auf dem Grundstück spazieren und haben die Ziegen, Hühner und Katzen begrüßt und konnten sie füttern. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana war super und wir konnten uns immer melden sofern, etwas gefehlt hat oder wir etwas benötigten. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden die Unterkunft und auch die Herzlichkeit der beiden sehr weiterempfehlen.
