Lovely place right next to the water. We cooked dinner three times, kitchen is fine. It's clean and tidy. Lovely rooftop terrace. Quiet and private surroundings. Highly recommend.

We had a great time with the family at this lovely little minority house. Ideally located, very well equipped, a terrace with sea views that allows you to extend the day watching the sun go down. Although it was April, it was nice enough for us to enjoy the pool. Thanks to Françoise for the recommendations of the places to visit! For families (and others), there is a diving club with the possibility of renting equipment for snorkeling, I highly recommend. The people of the club are very friendly and the perfect place to discover the marine fauna and flora. It's at the end of the road, you can't make it easier to access.

A hidden gem! Peaceful and quiet, beautiful little shared garden which comes to life when the sun is out! Markus was fantastic at responding. We had a lovely holiday but the room made it feel like we were right at home rather than a hotel / air b&b. Definitely would book !

Nestled in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by a beautiful citrus grove, the house offers a perfect escape into the stunning nature of Mallorca. At the same time, it's only a 15-minute walk to town, with plenty of shops and restaurants, making it the ideal balance between tranquility and convenience. Every morning felt like a gift — birdsong, fresh air, and the scent of citrus trees. It’s a true sanctuary for the mind and soul. Whether you're looking to relax, reflect, or explore, this place has it all. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and hope to return one day!

We had a great week at Samantha's place. We were greeted by Yan who was very responsive and welcoming. The accommodation is located in a forest, the setting is idyllic for a stay on the nature side of Ibiza. The pool available is a real plus. The location is perfect about 30 min from any point of the island.

We had a super nice and relaxing stay in the cute tiny house. The accommodation is very tastefully decorated and there is also a small garden/outdoor area overlooking the sea. It was very quiet and added two cute cats who liked to occupy the apartment😃. The apartment is relatively high up on a mountain, the path there is partly sporty and can only be reached by car. But you have a super nice view. You have to know that the wifi there hardly works at all. Fortunately, this was not as relevant for us. Invy responded very quickly and helped us when it was still quite cold in the apartment.

Exactly what we looked for. Quiet, close to nature, and nice outside areas. The house is not very big but its has what you need. We spent all the time there outside and made BBQ in the garden 3 times. We could go everywhere on Mallorca within 1 hour. The host Gustavo (boyfriend of Pilar) was very friendly, easy to communicate with and he showed us the house personally. I would love to stay there again.

very nice place to stay, not the most walkable area (about a 5 minute drive from alcudia up the hill from the beach) but perfect if you are renting a car (gobycar is a good one). the hottub is super nice but make sure you give it a few hours to warm up!

A house with splendid sea views, very nice terrace and very nice pool, there were 8 of us and we had a great stay. The house is quiet while being quite close to the beach and the center of Cala carry it. Everything is there to have a perfect holiday!

We spent a wonderful family vacation at Viviani's. We felt very comfortable. We would love to come back and we already miss the wonderful time in the garden under the palm tree and in the pool. The hosts sent us recommendations of places that were perfect for us, thanks to which we had a wonderful time in Majorca.

Xisca’s place is perfect. You will feel right ar home. Stayed with Xisca twice this year. Cannot recomment enough. She is now like family !

Staying with Marta was a great decision, peace, quiet and beautiful views as well as clean surroundings are ideal conditions for relaxation. The plot and house itself are very nice, it is clean and you can feel at home. Communication with the host is a pleasure, and all instructions were given in advance and were clear.
