You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the lovely stay at Pascal's. We would be happy to come back to your accommodation when we are back in France :)

We really enjoyed the place. We were 16 women and celebrated my sister's bachelorette party. We had enough room and the rooms were very beautiful and clean. I would recommend this place to large groups. Ed is definitely worth it and we are well connected by public transport.

Everything went well! Sam was very helpful in answering any questions we had.

Our stay was lovely from beginning to end. The studio had everything you might need, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean, bright and kept extremely nice. There is a tiny, well kept garden outside the bedroom window and a table with chairs to sit in front of the studio. Stephane could not have been more friendly or helpful and even offered the use of his own kitchen when there was a slight hiccup with the hob. The area is a lot nicer than it seems on google street view, very sweet and private, and extremely quiet and safe. The area around the Croix de Chaveaux, the nearest metro station, is slightly rough, but it did not feel dangerous, and we used the M1 and got out at Chateau de Vincennes, which also offered a beautiful walk back to the studio. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitly book again!

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. The accommodation was perfect for what we were looking for, a small, clean and pleasant cottage for a short stay. I recommend it 100%, there is also innovation and good value for money. I will come back without hesitation.

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.

Accommodation perfectly matches the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and secure neighborhood. We came with our little dog, fully enclosed courtyard. Audrey was attentive in giving us multimedia information about the accommodation. We recommend it +++

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

the accommodation was consistent with the photos and really very clean and well decorated. you'll also find all the necessary equipment. the neighborhood is nice and very quiet. public transport is not far away.

Monday is beautiful, it has everything private for each of us. My son stayed downstairs and had his own bathroom. My other children had their own room, it has a charming place, it is a courtyard surrounded by flowers, fantastic lights for coffee, I liked everything a little complicated, the shape for the keys could place a modern smart box. The place is 100% recommended, I loved being able to enjoy the time in my beautiful room, with my own TV, everything was very good

Great place to stay, home from home, everything you could possibly need. Stéphane and Sonia were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Would highly recommend. Five minutes walk to the train station, takes roughly an hour to the Eiffel tower and only €2.50. We drove to Disneyland which was really easy and took half an hour.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well kept, and only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Perfect place for a couple and we were able to cook some of our meals at the place!
