Family-friendly holiday rentals in Noisy-le-Roi

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

My boyfriend and I were looking for accommodation close to Paris but that was sufficiently cut off from Paris. Mike's accommodation was perfectly conducive to relaxation. It is faithful to the photos and above all it is more spacious than you imagine. I was sceptical about the fact that the apartment was a basement and we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment remains warm, well lit, well decorated and above all not humid compared to other basements Very clean with all the amenities!! High-tech equipment clearly makes a difference too. Mike was very responsive and kind to us. I highly recommend it for a moment of disconnection and relaxation. Regarding the city, there are quite a few shops nearby and restaurants. Beautiful green space too.

Very nice house in which 3 generations spent excellent moments. The setting is peaceful, beautiful and magical (better than in the photos). The house is very comfortable, very well-equipped and very clean. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you Esther and Daniel.

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought out as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small corner with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back 🙂

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Carole is very attentive to these hosts. We were able to arrange for the arrival time because we live quite far away. There were 7 of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. We regret not being able to visit the entire city, so we will surely come back and rent this apartment again:) Thanks again

We had a wonderful time in Richard’s beautiful house - everyone loved the stay so much, including the kids! The house is absolutely perfect, especially for a large group who wants to spend time together but still enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended, we will try to come back next year!

We felt comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed: bed linen, towels, coffee, etc. The location is quiet in a backyard and the apartment even has a small, walled terrace. We found it practical that there were numerous bakers or small There are grocery stores. We had our bikes with us, in a few minutes you can be at the Place de la Republique. We did all the tours by bike, it worked very well, as bike paths are installed everywhere in Paris.

Maria is a very kind host. Everything was perfect. Thank you for keeping Bread butter and Jam, it was helpful because supermarkets were closed on Sunday. Easy recommendation 🙂

We liked it very much at Monica and Albert's. Everything was well prepared for our stay, the key was easy to take out, unlocking it the first time was a little tricky, but quick to learn. (Caution: The stairs down are very steep.) We were pleased with the sweet welcome greeting on the table. A lovely apartment on the island of la grande Jatte, almost directly on the water (attention: mosquitoes!), modern furnishings, art on the walls, everything available that is necessary for a stay, beautiful dishes, Nespresso capsules, organic vinegar and oil. The large bed is very comfortable, the view magnificent, the relaxation factor enormous. The mosquitoes were to be expected, we got a few bites and were glad about our Byte-away. We were compensated by the magnificent view. We liked to watch the rowing and tourist boats passing by and enjoy the pleasant temperature. We look forward to our next visit here!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

You can walk to various subway lines in just 10 minutes. I heard that it is safe among the various areas of Paris. The accommodation is cozy and has an elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage up. There are also many good restaurants nearby. The Eiffel Tower is not visible next to it, but the scenery in front of you is beautiful. It was a good place to spend time comfortably.

I stayed there with my wife and son. Vast estate, very quiet, very large. It was a pleasure to walk around and the little one was thrilled. The little extra with the enclosure of black sheep and horses on the side at the entrance made an impact. We had a pleasant stay. A haven of peace and tranquility a stone's throw from Paris. We highly recommend it to those who love the countryside, greenery and of course everything that goes with it.

This is a very charming apartment which was very spacious and gave room for us to work, with an adequate kitchen that had everything we needed. The house has a rustic feel to it, which is natural given its age, and very nice character. The stay was very comfortable and we would return and stay again in a heartbeat.
