There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and, for the children, playgrounds and an animation team. On a generous plot of over 400 m², you will enjoy your very own beach hut with bubble bath (75 euro per stay). The bathroom is located in the detached log cabin outside and features a bath/shower with jet showers, steam room and mood lighting. The hot tub is hidden behind a tall, green hedge to ensure privacy. The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

This nice, luxurious and spacious nature house is located on a rustic dirt road in the woods, overlooking a beautiful heathland and offers the peace seeker, nature lover and/or more active visitor. You really feel like you are in a paradise with complete privacy. The house is equipped with every comfort and luxury, including a lovely wood-burning stove. Of course, your pet is also welcome. The spacious forest garden is fully fenced behind and next to the house so that your dog can run around. Please do not allow dogs on the bed.

In this unique place, you can enjoy the IJssel, the beautiful views and sunsets, with a beach at your feet, where you can swim between the groynes. In the evening, sitting by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the charming center of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoy the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go out on the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! The house is very spacious with 140m2.
