Beachfront holiday rental in Nijmegen

Great ambiance, very quiet and pleasant, a dream to rest. Only it is really hard to transport the things from the car to the houseboat; the path is quite long. It would be good if you could drive to the facility by car to unload. Otherwise everything is tiptop.

The accommodation is as described,clean, well-equipped kitchen..The pool was joy for our children!Only downside for us non-smoking- the smell of cigarettes inside the house (I didn't pay attention that there was no "no smoking" in the accommodation description)..Otherwise we had a pleasant stay..

The house was very beautiful and bigger than shown in the photos. In addition, it was stylishly furnished, cozy and the complex is beautifully landscaped. The contact with Marijn was super fast and straightforward from the booking to the day of departure. You always have to sit in the car to discover something, but the cities of Doesburg and in particular Zutphen give numerous shops, restaurants and beautiful alleys. It is an absolute recommendation overall.

We found the place very nice and clean, and it is equipped with everything you need for everyday life. The location on the water invites you to relax. We found the short path to the well-kept beach with the most beautiful. The communication with Esmeralda and Frank went smoothly. We will be happy to come back to the little cute cottage.

That was a really nice stay for us in the countryside. Erna helped us a lot and provided us with all we needed during our stay. The surrounding area is really beautiful with colorful sunsets and fresh air. The house by itself is much more beautiful and lovely than on pictures. It worth visions staying for a long time. Consider that it’s better to rent a car to go the nearest supermarket in Uden (takes 12 minutes to commute)

We had four adults and two children stay at Henrietta’s place. It was a a great space, with room for everyone. Charming, comfy beds, clean and had all amenities we needed. The location is brilliant and a great spot to explore the beautiful city of Deventer. Henrietta was incredibly responsive, allowing us firstly shift and then to extend our stay. When asked she also allowed us to check in slightly earlier. Highly recommend this as a spot for a small group to visit Deventer.

We liked the accommodation very much, a lot of space for 2 people and a dog. The access to the water is wonderful and the boats highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

A super comfortable house with wonderful garden including trampoline and covered veranda. The park is very spacious, but without uptodate facilities. We have enjoyed this house. Jamy is a wonderful hostess. This location is recommended.

A spacious and especially clean house. We've had a different experience. We had a nice long weekend with the five of us. The instruction to get in was clear and for a few questions responded quickly via the Wapp. In short, a recommendation!

Cozy, well furnished cottage with a large garden. Beautiful views and quiet location. Beds made upon arrival and a personal card with nice attention. A warm welcome. Here you can unwind and enjoy.

It was all as described and we were very lucky , it wasn't much going on , so we could enjoy the peace and quiet we wanted. We actually didn't miss anything and we had a very nice time . The only thing missing in the house for us was a small freezer :-) just for the children's ice cream in summer is actually a must . Otherwise, everything was really great and recommended . Beautiful environment of Europarcs quiet and close to the Hoge Veluwe. Very spacious accommodation with lots of light and beautiful volumes. Very complete equipment, nothing is missing. Easy and responsive heating. Parking in front of the property. Small concern about receiving the keys because we thought we would arrive quite late. Finally on Friday the reception is open until 7 p.m. and we arrived just in time. Otherwise, the keys are dropped off at the restaurant that closes at 8pm! Thanks to Daniel for his very responsive communication and for reassuring our concerns. We are delighted with our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Pleasantly beautiful, neat, well maintained and clean cottage. Flexible guest lady. Great communication. Highly recommended. Surroundings are beautiful. Close to Nijmegen (20 minutes drive). The downside is that the restaurant in the park was closed. I suspect temporarily.

Beautiful place on the Waal. From the garden you can reach one of the small beaches. Wonderful view of the river landscape and the many ships that pass by. Nice base for walks in the area. Spent a nice weekend here, thanks in part to a friendly host.

The accommodation at Ramona was pleasant and there were no problems. Our workers were satisfied because everything could be agreed with the owner without any problems. Which means that communication was simple, fast and normal. We would definitely return to this accommodation in the future. And we would certainly recommend it to other users.

Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Esther was very quick to respond to questions and was looking for a solution to a problem (Luxaflex didn't go up), so super nice communication. The cottage was clean and we enjoyed the stay

Beautiful house. Spacious, clean, nice view. And nice and free. Only thing you hear are birds and somewhere someone who works on the land. So rest everywhere. All provided, nice towels, good beds. Small note, the bedroom with the "older"bed had no direct outside light and air. They had solved it very well, but if you are someone who likes to sleep with an open window, you have to sleep in the room with the separate beds. Wasn't a problem for us, but it's just for your info. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

At the beginning I was a little disappointed, because you can hear the sound of the highway and the trains, in addition, only a number of trees separate the terrain from the road, so you can hear the traffic from there in autumn. Unfortunately, you are also dependent on a vehicle. But.... It got much quieter on the weekend and sitting on the terrace or the jetty and watching nature is just beautiful. You can't help but relax. In summer, the lake invites you to swim and row. And the fence around the grounds is certainly a reassurance for parents. A real paradise for children. The house is very conveniently furnished (only the beds could be renewed) and I have never had such a well-equipped kitchen. Our host was very kind. But the crowning glory was of course the three deer :) I'd love to come back. P.S. We had a little trouble getting to the house as the navigation systems have always misdirected us, so definitely pay attention to the description and drive into the small path to/before the level crossing.

this place is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The host was absolutely the best! the kids loved the big outdoor space and had so much fun with the chickens. This felt like a more personalized and very authentic local experience, something airbnb has lost overtime, so it was refreshing to experience this again as a frequent traveler.
