Fully renovated apartment in the heart of Nijmegen! This modern and bright apartment is located in a monumental building, on the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands. In front of the door is a traffic-free zone, so there is no nuisance of passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transportation. The Old Glass Factory
The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

The M&M apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood of Bottendaal, close to the train station and the city center. The Radboudumc is 10 minutes away by bicycle The comfortable furniture, the special lamps and small pieces of decoration make there a cozy atmosphere. In the kitchen, meals with gas stove and combi oven microwave can be prepared. The double bed in the bedroom is 140 cm wide with a reasonably firm mattress. The shower room is compact and has washbasin, toilet and sockets

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.
