Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The tourist tax is included in your booking fee. If you are traveling on business, contact me and I will send a host offer, as you do not have to pay a tourist tax. You will be staying in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. The apartment "Hirsch Hansi" invites you to an unforgettable vacation between the beach (700 m away), forest and city. The fantastic white sand of the Graal coastline is surrounded by a beech and pine forest. Here you can ideally combine swimming in the Baltic Sea with forest bathing - for maximum relaxation. The city of Rostock is only half an hour away by car or regional train. The apartment is one of two apartments in the traditional "Hirsch-Haus." For up to 4 people.

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

This cosy holiday home is peacefully located in scenic surroundings in Denmark’s southernmost holiday area. It features an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, convection oven, four ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster and dishwasher. Two smart TVs with Netflix and Prime Video – please use your own account.

New building with 5-star level in the immediate vicinity of the beach, incl. large balcony, underfloor heating, large bathtub, WiFi, private beach access etc. The Weststrand apartment of Riviera Kühlungsborn is 60 m2 and has a separate bedroom. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom is a big modern bathtub where you can hear the sound of the sea when the window is open. Beach can be reached in a few meters via its own beach access.

(About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, two TVs, a sofa set with sleeping function (1.60 x 2.00), a desk, a large box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00), a closet safe and a large bathroom with a rain shower. Enjoy the sunny large south-facing balcony accessible from both rooms with side views of the Baltic Sea and the well-kept park next to the hotel.

The 3-room apartment is 108 square meters and exceptionally furnished. Each room has a large TV and box spring beds. The modern open kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can enter the balcony directly from the living room. Here you can enjoy the sunset and look over all of Bad Doberan. The apartment is not for fitters.

Small house 50 m2. It's part of the old farm where we live. In weekends and holidays we sometimes run a flea market in another part af the farm. It' s the southernmost place you can rent in Denmark. No traffic, quiet and relaxing.
