The detached, 120 m², completely renovated vacation home consists of a cozy and bright living and dining room including a fireplace, a nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2/1/1), 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet, a furnished terrace, parking spaces and a beautiful garden.

The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

The property comprises of entire upper floor of a single-family house with two bedrooms, a very spacious living room bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a new kitchen. Shared house entrance with the owners. The house is in a quiet residential area at the end of a dead end road .

In house number 10c on the ground floor is our small 1.5-room apartment with terrace for 2 persons. Here you can rest on 36 m² on the cozy sofa, read the newspaper, sit at the table in the kitchen or lie outside on the lawn. Just enjoy the mercy of our God with whom he loves you and shows you the patience he has with all of us. We didn't bring anything to this world and don't take anything back when we leave – just enjoy!

Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Vacation home / fitter's apartment

We offer you a beautiful and cozy approx. 74 m2 apartment in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the Suttorf district. The state capital Hanover can be reached in 25 kilometers via the B6. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away. On the property there is a free parking space for our guests.
