Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

A cosy + comfy flat in the ♥️ of Black Forest🌲

Between 12.05-08.06 we can accept only a long stay. We're flexible with dates and prices, please send us a message. Our flat is 5-7 mins walk to the center. You can take the Sommerbergbahn (Funicular) to reach Baumwipfelpfad (Treetop Walk) or the Hängebrücke (Wildline). Two thermal baths and restaurants are also located in the center. A walk in our lovely Kurpark is a must. There's definitely an option for everyone in Bad Wildbad.

Bedroom (double bed), living room with sofa bed (1.2 x 2.0 m), kitchen (fully equipped), guest toilet, storage room, two small balconies, entrance area with wardrobe, underfloor heating. Parking in front of the house. The apartment is centrally located in Königsbach. A bakery (with cafe) is 30 meters away. The train station can be reached within a five-minute walk.

Our apartment is located in the west with beautiful views over the Stuttgart Talkessel. The apartment has been renovated and furnished with attention to detail. The public transport connection to the city center is easily accessible by bus/train in 10-15 minutes. In a few minutes you are in the Kräherwald, which invites you to jog or walk.
