Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Niederotterbach is a small village located a little off the beaten track of the big wine villages of the Southern Wine Route. Alsace, the German Wine Gate, the Palatinate Forest, Landau and all other sights are easily accessible from here by car or bike. At the winery, you will experience an apartment that is furnished between modernity and history. It impresses with a cozy charm with lots of wood and attention to detail. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2021.

The workshop

Located in a small Alsatian village at an altitude of 350 m, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park. Independent accommodation is located in a renovated old farmhouse. It includes a terrace, kitchen, living room with a bed (single bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet), and a bedroom containing (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Wi-Fi access. On the southern Wine Route, surrounded by nature, surrounded by vineyards, not far from the French border, is our almost 100-year-old cowshed. With a lot of love for detail, we have created an oasis of tranquility, nature and coziness. In the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park, the cottage (former barn) is part of an 18th century farmhouse that has been completely renovated. The 45 m² duplex has a 22 m² private terrace with views of the vineyards and orchards. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed) and garage (parking for electric car). Non-smoking accommodation.

It offers the possibility of cooking (two plates, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break.
