Niederotterbach is a small village located a little off the beaten track of the big wine villages of the Southern Wine Route. Alsace, the German Wine Gate, the Palatinate Forest, Landau and all other sights are easily accessible from here by car or bike. At the winery, you will experience an apartment that is furnished between modernity and history. It impresses with a cozy charm with lots of wood and attention to detail. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2021.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnbereich mit Küche und Essplatz, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Ausziehbett sowie einer Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang mit Garderobe, der ausreichend Platz für Fahrräder und Kinderwagen bietet. Ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz ist in dem Wohnbereich integriert. Eine Terasse mit Essplatz und Blick ins Grüne gehört dazu.

A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area and a large living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet and bedroom. In the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park, the cottage (former barn) is part of an 18th century farmhouse that has been completely renovated. The 45 m² duplex has a 22 m² private terrace with views of the vineyards and orchards. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed) and garage (parking for electric car). Non-smoking accommodation.

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissembourg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility of cooking (two plates, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
