When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit zwei großen Zimmern, integrierter Küche , Flur und Bad. Die Nutzung der wohnungseigenen Sauna ist gegen eine geringe Gebühr möglich. Eine Nutzung des Gartens ist nach Absprache möglich. Beachte bitte, dass sich durch die Nähe zum Garten auch einmal ein Insekt in die Wohnung verirren kann.
