Our top modern courtyard apartment, completed in May 2017, is located on Merowinger Str, directly on Chlodwigplatz in the city center of Cologne (Südstadt). The modern apartment on the ground floor for sole use is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers. The apartment has a living area of 32 sqm and has been completely newly created and furnished. Due to an access control with a number code, a hassle-free check-in (even at night) is possible !

Apartment am Michelsberg

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

The direct connection to Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bonn also makes the location perfect for a diverse trip.

The living room with high ceilings and stucco offers plenty of space. The beautiful, modern kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave and dishwasher allows for good self-catering.

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
