Die 4ha große Hofreite liegt idyllisch inmitten der Weinberge und ist zu zwei Seiten ebenerdig erreichbar. Sie können vom Hof aus direkt mit Wanderungen oder Radtouren starten. Dexheim selbst bietet viel( Kultur auf dem Hof, Historic, Rathausgarten und mehr) , aber auch Oppenheim, Nierstein, Worms, Mainz, Heidelberg - es ist einfach schön hier! In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

!! We're back!! Welcome to our lovingly restored little cottage in the historic Goldschmidt Park. The listed building is nestled in a beautiful park landscape and offers a fantastic view over the valley – with the Odenwald right on the doorstep. Ideal for hiking, cycling or simply relaxing and unwinding. Dogs also feel at home here thanks to the many walking paths right outside the front door.
