Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

Monica’s place was great!!! It was just as described. Very clean, organized, peaceful, and private. I would recommend Monica’s place to all.

We only stayed here 1 night (a last minute add on to our vacation), but we could have stayed here many more! The location is great with an easy walk to the beach and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and responsive! It is the perfect place for a couples weekend get away. Great kitchen, spacious bedroom, and very cute! I also loved having the back patio to relax on. Everything is just like the photos! We definitely want to come back and stay for longer!

The Airbnb was absolutely wonderful - just as described and exactly like the photos! The entire space was spotless and clearly well cared for. The water pressure was perfect, the appliances were top-notch, and I already miss the bed. Ed was an attentive and welcoming host. If you get the chance, be sure to chat with him - he’s full of great recommendations and made us feel at home. Thank you again - we can’t wait to return!

My family and I loved this home. It looks exactly like the pictures and the hosts are very responsive. We loved having a private pool right out back. We would definitely book one of their homes again.

The home was incredible and everything we were hoping for and more! The neighborhood was very peaceful and we enjoyed walking around in the early mornings. Victor is a great host, very friendly and happy to provide helpful recommendations.

Love this place! This is our 2nd time staying here and we will continue to stay here when we come to the area. The house is big and beautiful inside and out, the views are amazing and if you have a boat or jetskis you're a 15-20 minute ride from crab island. Kent is a great host and is very responsive! Thanks again, we'll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house matched the description perfectly and was exceptionally clean. Our family had a wonderful time unwinding by the pool. Thank you for a great stay at your lovely condo! It was the perfect place for my solo getaway with my pups! Loved the privacy and private beach access across the street. Perfect location. Bed was super comfortable too! Very clean and had all of the amenities. Highly recommend to others and hope to stay again in my next trip!

Great place if you want to be on the beach everyday. The place is also near all the hot spots of Destin Florida

We had the BEST girls’ weekend in Destin, and this Airbnb was a huge part of that. Super cute decor, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is unbeatable—literally a quiet location,Beautiful ocean views,2-minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. The beach was right across the street, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. Loved the balcony view and how easy check-in was. such a nice touch!The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend for friends and families!”

Karen and Tim’s place was great! The beach towels were a plus! Our favorite was the private beach access….the beach cart was a huge help! The water taxi was very easy to use. I loved how responsive Karen was and all of their recommendations were great! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The host was super helpful and responsive throughout our whole stay in Destin! The unit was great to be local to lots of activities and direct access to the beach. Also really enjoyed not having to worry about a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. since it was provided to us by the host in the unit! Will definitely book again!

This was a great stay and definitely worth the money. Host was responsive and the place was clean. Safe area to walk, too far to walk to restaurants though. The apt looked like the pictures, super cute! smaller than I thought but for just me on a solo trip it was great! The tip I would have liked to know when booking is there is no cooking oil, no salt or pepper or seasonings, I had to go buy all of that. It feels private, 7-10 minute drive to the closest gas station/coffee shop but I had a car so I didn’t mind. It was the perfect place especially if u wanted to relax on the beach for most of the stay. If you want to explore it was a 20-55 minute drive to the malls, shops, cool little towns to explore (with traffic could be longer). As mentioned though: I didn’t mind because I got the best of both worlds: relaxation on beach (beach area felt private) plus a rental car to drive to do/go to fun areas/places. Overall: responsive/sweet host, clean space, relaxing area, need a car though!

This was our second time staying here , I loved it and the view was amazing. We were right in the middle of all the attractions and great restaurants ! We definitely be back again ! Only thing was the bed was kind of small for two people other than that love it !
