Good value for money, and convenient location for the needs of our stay. Supermarket and market nearby. Responsive and cordial host. Please note: if you arrive by train, get off at Nice Ville and take the tram to get closer to where the key is, because by choosing Nice Riquier (closer to the apartment's address, and very convenient later if you go to Eze, Vintimille, etc.) you will have to make a fairly long detour in the opposite direction of the apartment to collect the key, on foot and with your luggage.

Our stay here was wonderful. The apartment is stunning with high ceilings, beautiful furnishings and the most amazing view from its terrace. One thing to mention though is that the second bedroom is quite small. Certainly big enough for two children but a “tight fit” for two adults. The location of the apartment is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the port with the tram to both the centre of the city and the airport starting and ending there. Vassil is a great host. He answered any questions that we had within minutes and provided some great recommendations of places to eat and drink. Highly recommended.
