Unique apartment 4 km from Zielona Góra

This unique apartment is situated in the attic of a historic building, which is part of the rural buildings. Guests have 80 sq m at their disposal with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Please let us know if you wish to use the basement after booking or upon arrival.

The apartment with a balcony will be perfect for a couple, 3 or 4 people. Consists: hall, a living room with a kitchenette and a dining area equipped with the necessary appliances, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. The bedroom has a large and comfortable bed 160x200. The apartment has a Wi-Fi connection and a place for remote work. The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.

Miejsce idealne na pobyt z rodziną i nie tylko. Duża przestronna, ogrodzona działka umożliwia bezpieczną grę w piłkę i koszykówkę oraz spędzanie czasu na świeżym powietrzu. Tuż obok domu funkcjonuje ścieżka rowerowa która jest częścią szlaków turystycznych, prowadzi na północ do jeziora Wojnowskiego przez piękne lasy a na południe do Zielonej Góry. W promieniu 5 km od domu jest wiele winnic oraz port na rzece Odra, wszędzie można bezpiecznie dojechać rowerem. Dom jest przyjazny czworonogom :-)

Welcome to our room with a terrace, which is located in a traditional house, located in the small, quiet village of Olejnica, on the isthmus of two lakes, which run along the Kayak Trail Konwaliowy. The Strict Nature Reserve "Wyspa konwaliowa" is located here. We are the third generation to rent rooms to guests. Over the years, we have hosted many famous artists, actors, and in the early 1980s, Wisława Szymborska and Kornel Filipowicz visited this room several times.

Forests, meadows, lakes. Highly recommend.
