The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Allinge offers a thriving summer life with, for example, live music at "The Guest", delicious ice cream at Kalas at the port of Sandvig, cocktails at "The Falcon" and gourmet food at "Nordlandet". This holiday home is located in a resort town of 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a communal swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, communal house, a laundry room, car park, and waste container. All grasslands are shared. There is NO parking at the house. The house can accommodate 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I'm not much for pets, but by appointment, it can be arranged. The beach is about 300m away. The city is located in a forest, with lots of nature.

Electricity consumption must be paid on arrival and upon departure.

Cozy old farm in the country

Holiday apartment made in the old farmhouse on a disused farm between Rønne and Hasle. Lovely courtyard that can be closed off so that children can play safely. Several table and bench sets have been set up for free use. You can experience lots of small birds in the garden and occasionally also deer and hares. Lovely large partial wild garden with fruit trees, cherries, apples and pears, which you are welcome to eat. Ca 2 km. to small cozy beach, forest and lakes. I live on the property myself.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
