The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Enjoy a fantastic holiday in the picturesque fishing village of Melsted. Stay in absolute peace and quiet, a stone's throw from a lovely beach and only a kilometer from Gudhjems' vibrant gentlemen. Our lovely grocery store of 180m2 has plenty of space for up to 8 guests. A 2000 m2 large and fully enclosed garden invites you to have fun and play as well as lovely barbecue evenings under the umbrella. The house has good light and oozes lovely vibe. You'll love throwing yourselves on the big soft couch or cozy in the delicious chesterfield furniture.

Lovely villa centrally located in Svaneke, 3 minutes walk from Svaneke Torv. The villa has a large southwest-facing terrace from which there are panoramic views of the beautiful Vigehavn, Hammersletten and a rock garden. There are three bedrooms on the 1st floor and one bedroom on the ground floor (with access to the terrace). Private parking. The house is lovely and functional, but an older house (not newly renovated, e.g. two well-functioning bathrooms of older date). NOTE: Cute cat is included and must have food and drink daily.

When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, the water, the forest and the hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

Our spacious home boasts an exceptional location directly by the sea, offering breathtaking views of the water. The house serves as the perfect starting point for exciting hikes and experiences. Tejn is considered one of the most up-and-coming towns on Bornholm at the moment. Gudhjem, Allinge, and Hammershus are just a short drive away, providing endless opportunities to explore the island's charm and culture. We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.

First row villa with large garden and small annex

140 sqm house with 3 bedrooms and a sleeping area, divided over 3 floors and a small annex. Our house is located in the first row directly facing east and the sunrise. Our small town is called Aarsdale and contains both Mikkeller Bar and Gorms Pizza, and is even just 3.5 km south of Svaneke. We have a sit-on-top kayak in the garage including life jackets that can be used. In addition, we have a trampoline in our lovely wild garden, and a table tennis table in our basement.
