Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Newton Abbot

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

....you can totally chill at suki's place...just watch the world go by, tides come in & go out...also nice beer at hand if you do need to walk 50yds..

Really enjoyed our stay with Tina. The apartment is very comfortable and the mattress so soft you'll fall asleep in 2 minutes. We really appreciated the personal surprise touch when we opened the fridge. There was a lovely bottle of wine for us as well as bar of luxury chocolate on the table. We highly recommend Tina as a host if you plan on going to Devon. Easy access to the motorway makes it a must to stay in.

Lovely, clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Dan was very accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Very happy.

Another fabulous stay here. We always enjoy our time at Louise’s place. As always, extremely clean, well stocked, and lovely little personal touches and amazing views. Louise is always very helpful, lots of great recommendations. We will be back!

the flat was very roomy, light and airy. clean and fresh when we got there. parking was very easy and convenient for the house. had some concerns about the steps up to the flat but it was no problem - less steps than I had thought. Emma was quick to respond to queries 11.00 am checkout is useful - many places want you out earlier. Would be happy to use again

A lovely clean place with shops nearby. Mike was a great host, very friendly and happy to offer advice about local places. He even offered to come and get me from town so I didn’t have to rely on public transport. I will potentially need to come back to Exeter soon and will definitely look to see if this place is available

A fabulous home with beautiful views. The house was fully equipped, including lots of useful items in the kitchen as well as games, books & toys for the children (aged 1 and 4). We were able to check in early and check out late which was brilliant. Thank you for a great stay! :)

We had an amazing time over the bank holiday weekend! The barn was self check-in, but Fran went above and beyond to ensure everything was clearly communicated and stress-free. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and Fran kindly allowed us to check in early, such a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference to our journey. The barn itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of outdoor space to explore. It was the perfect countryside escape. We were travelling with a 2-year-old, so the thoughtful touches like books, toys, and a stair gate were hugely appreciated. The only minor challenge was a few small, unexpected steps throughout the barn- absolutely fine for older kids and adults, but a bit tricky for our toddler to navigate. That being said, we couldn’t recommend this place more, it’s a beautiful, peaceful spot with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway.

Splendour House was just what we expected for an extended family holiday in Paignton. All facilities were available which was good as the weather was not what we’d hoped for. Tom is a great host and would recommend Splendour House to large families for its location and enclosed back garden. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom & Co.

Lovely little base to come back to in the evening. Good location for exploring Devon. Tucked away so you don't feel overlooked. Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Enjoyed watching the birds & dragonflies in the garden. Nice people. Easy parking. Excellent value for money.

Ade's place was immaculate and very enjoyable. He was very responsive and left clear instructions so that check in was very easy. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Torbay

A stunning place to stay, parking right next to the propery, the whole house was immaculately cleaned and no clutter. We sat outside on table and chairs on the decking and had a glass of wine that was left in the fridge for us by the hosts. There was milk and water in the fridge as well as the wine, plenty of cleaning product's, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. There were even chocolates left for us on towels folded on the beds. I was in contact a few times with Fiona and she responded straight away, she was also very flexible with booking in and parking. I would definitely use this property again if we go back to Exeter, fantastic location not far from the shop, bars etc. Thank you Fiona and Leigh for making our trip as comfortable as you did.

We had lovely stay ! Beautiful, comfortable home in a picturesque setting. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Venetia was very welcoming and helpful. Incredible value. Would visit again in an instant!

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Julia's Garden Apartment, Topsham was excellent. We loved our stay there. Very comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, with all the amenities nearby. A wonderful property which was perfect for our little family of 3 plus our dog. A superb location which was peaceful and tucked away from the daily chaos. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Sitting in the hot tub taking in the beautiful view was just perfection. Thank you for a wonderful break, I would definitely return and recommend it.
