Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
