The boardwalk is only five streets away so you can easily bike or walk to the Newport Pier and enjoy one of the many restaurants or bar in the area. Saturday to Saturday rental in the summer time.

This is a quiet neighborhood off the main road but only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, the grocery store and Starbucks.
