Accessed via a tree lined pathway and sitting within the Garden Retreat, the potting shed is ideal for a romantic getaway or relaxing escape from reality. There is a fire pit/grill with logs available. The perfect base to enjoy Snowdrops at Welford Park.

A lovely self-contained annex furnished to a high standard in a quiet rural location on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, close to Newbury and Oxford and walking distance to Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Fenced secluded garden area with seating and BBQ for outdoor dining. The Annex is completely separate from our house with its own entrance and there's an allocated parking space for one car. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and there are some lovely walks on our doorstep.

Please let us know if you would like any breakfast, but we will leave milk tea and coffee. Comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and single room with ensuite upstairs. We can add an extra futon for a child in the single room so the whole space can fit a family of four.
