The owners use the rear granny flat on occasions, but the 2 houses are very separate. A wonderful escape, 75 minutes from Sydney CBD. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

Gull Cottage is located in Wooli a place far from the stresses of everyday life, a place to unwind and spend quality time with family and friends. Our comfortable cottage easily sleeps 6. It's a cosy space, so ideal for couples too who want to enjoy time together. With a large and private garden leading directly to the beach. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean just a few steps from the back garden. Well equipped, Gull Cottage is a great escape surrounded by National Park and wide open spaces.

Just 1hr from the harbour bridge, 7mins to Woy Woy train station & restaurants, 10mins from the freeway. Several amazing beaches are nearby or access Brisbane Waters from the private Jetty. Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

Sandstone Cottage, Great Mackerel Beach

This sandstone cottage is one of the original cottages on Mackerel Beach. Set on the absolute beach front, North East facing and receiving sun all day long, this gorgeous property has a main house and separate studio with 3 bedrooms comfortably accommodating 6 adults (or 4 adults and 4 children). It is just 10 metres from the water and 60 minutes from Sydney CBD. Whilst this is the perfect place to come and relax, it is important to note this is not a suitable location for parties or events.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.

There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
