Great location, near shops and the house was so beautiful. Only issue we had was we found it difficult to get hot water despite following the instructions left. It also gets a bit hot in the rear rooms in summer but nothing a few open windows cant fix. Thanks for allowing us to have a wonderful weekend.

This was my third stay and it just keeps getting better. The converted shed is absolutely stunning – rustic, full of character, and incredibly well put together. The wood fire creates such a warm, cozy vibe, and the quality of the space is second to none. It’s the perfect country escape – peaceful, beautifully styled, and in an ideal location. Clearly a lot of love has gone into creating this space. One of my favourite Airbnb stays, and I’ll definitely be back again.

We had a lovely time at Fiona’s thoughtful cottage. We particularly loved the wood fire heater, vintage iPod (with every artist ever) and fresh bread upon arrival. Just a short drive to Daylesford - it was the perfect little weekend getaway from the city. Thank you! We hope to be back one day :)

Our stay at the Post Office was wonderful. We loved being there. It was cozy and charming. The kitchen is great to cook in. We would go for walks at night to look at the stars - I have never seen a night sky like it. Cannot wait to go again and thoroughly recommended to anyone! Thank you Sonja!

We had a fantastic weekend and Vicky & Trevor are fantastic hosts. We spent a long weekend with two teenagers (15 & 16) and the accomodation was perfect for us. We loved the set up of the entertainment room and the pool table made the stay heaps of fun. The main bedroom was spacious and the outside area perfect for a night under the stars with a camo fire to keep us warm. Lastly, Vicky & Trevor were superb hosts and on hand to help with any queries and easy to contact online before our stay. Can’t wait to come back.

We had such a wonderful time at the Barn House - it was the perfect getaway for four friends. The accommodation was really private, well equipped, well heated (stunning fireplace), cozy and a little eclectic. From the moment we arrived we began planning our next trip back. Gorgeous peaceful location for a getaway, complete with all the little additions to make us feel very welcome and comfortable! Delightful fire bath outside, spectacular shower inside and amazingly comfy bed! Beautiful outlook, so nice to get away for a quiet weekend!

From the moment we pulled up, we were met with the amazing host, Beth. She was warm and welcoming. As we walked through the doors of the barn, a relaxing energy came over me. If you’re looking for a romantic spot to stay in the most beautiful town then look no further. We were impressed we could walk straight into town and had some beautiful dining experiences. Our stay at Basil’s Fowly was lovely. The cabin was clean and so cozy, and the donkeys outside made the trip extra special. It was exactly the relaxing country getaway my partner and I were after. Would 100% come again.

Our family had a most beautiful stay and it was so peaceful. We particularly loved sitting on the front verandah, sipping tea, playing games and just watching the cows and sheep - they made our day. Ingrid, you and Grant were fantastic hosts and we thank you for making our few days a time to remember. There are so many beautiful walks to do and we hope to return again one day.

Beautiful stay on Paramoor winery. The cottage was comfortable, warm with heating and a wood-burner, and the property is really peaceful. 10 minutes drive from Kyneton, Lancefield and Woodend, and wineries. The wine at Paramoor was delicious - we had a lovely tasting with Sam. Thank you!

I had the most special birthday weekend at the magical barn in Bangalow. Zinta and Paul were warm, communicative, and genuinely kind. I loved absolutely everything about this place—from the plentiful firewood for the fireplace to the tasteful decor and inviting atmosphere. Although it was a very wet weekend in Byron Shire, we were cozy, content, and felt truly cared for— yet never intruded upon. The extra touch of chocolates and bubbly turned my birthday staycation into absolute perfection. Thank you xo

We had a family get together at Somerton Ridge and everything was perfect. Lots of room, with beautiful spaces both inside and out to relax and socialise. Extremely well equipped kitchen, gas fire inside, wood fire outside although we didn’t need it as we had sunny days and enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the sun. Lovely country feel, spectacular views, friendly chickens with freshly laid eggs every morning and the cutest highland cows. Judy and Graeme are wonderful hosts, sharing local tips and the best spot for sunset drinks.

A beautiful property in a perfect location, I wish we were there for a longer stay! The property and surrounds were beautiful and quiet, a perfect private space and only around a 5 minute drive to the shops & cafes. Thank you for having us Alex!

The Black Barn at Bowral is such a gorgeous place to stay- we loved every minute. The owners have thought of everything- fresh flowers in every room, a thoughtful handwritten note and some beautiful products on arrival, and plenty of firewood to keep the barn cozy all weekend. Thank you for a wonderful stay- we will be back!

Somerset Stables were tastefully appointed with some beautiful timber. Over the road from the zoo so we could hear lions and zebra early in the morning. It was warm and comfortable and Suzanne was friendly and accomodating. We really enjoyed it.

Liza’s place was great. I got married down the road at Cave Hill Creek & got ready there with my bridal party. Heaps of natural light & took beautiful getting ready photos.

Louise's home was beautiful. I chose to spend the night before my wedding here and got ready on my wedding day surrounded by beauiful views and gorgeous cows! It was the perfect setting in the lead up to our special day.

Exceptional stay! I can’t say enough good things about The Dairy. What an extraordinary place. Beautiful, peaceful, serene…..we loved it. The bedrooms are comfortable, the living area open (literally the doors open all the way to the outside!) and the bathroom is truly a work of art (my daughter referred to her bath there as a “spiritual experience.” Ha!). It really is something to behold. And the location on the macadamia farm is so green and lush and quiet, despite being only a few minutes drive from the busy beaches of Lennox Head and Byron. We didn’t want to leave. And Julie was a delight to work with from start to finish: full of recommendations, easy to reach, quick to respond….a wonderful host. You won’t regret staying here. Glenmore Springs is the perfect location for exploring the King Valley, surrounded by different options for bush walks, wineries and spots for swimming in the river. Also just the most peaceful place to sit and enjoy the country side, with beautiful views of the farm and the river just 3 mins walk from the accomodation. Excellent hosts. Thank you. Will be back again.
