My Home De New Orleans

A home 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom ( bath tub.) comfortable for 4 people ,living room with 50 inches cable TV , dining room with 6 seat dining table , open kitchen with 6 stools , central air & heat, internet , parking off street or behind the gate. We are stay in master room with access through the back yard. our master room separate by door in the hall way so both has privacy we share the laundry room , Our place is not spotless but its clean and comfortable. we did not provide conditioner and washcloth 4.0 miles to french quarter , 8.0 mile to convention center. 1.5 mile from The Fairgrounds (site of New Orleans Jazz Fest.) 1.5 mile to Lake Pontchartrain. 1.5 mile to University of New Orleans or Dillards University 20 minutes from the airport. City park about a mile away (Golf, Tennis court , paddle boats, small amusement park/story land, the New Orleans Museum Of Art and Sculpture garden. The VOODOO experience all take place in the city park Feed the duck at bayu st john ,walking track and bike track just one block away. Pharmacy,urgent care, Grocery store, Starbucks coffee, dining , nail salon , five minutes away by car located at Harrison Avenue. Quiet Public transportation near by

So convenient to Mardi Gras and the French Quarter (15 minute walk) but just far enough away to have tranquility in the evenings! Our 1900 sf home is a historic Victorian built in 1866 and furnished with antiques so you feel like you're experiencing old New Orleans, but was recently completely renovated so you'll have all modern comforts. We're easy walking distance to the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street and Jazz Fest. Also a 15-minute walk to many wedding venues and mansions on Esplanade.

A local favorite Mandinas Restaurant right across the street. Bike path 2 blocks away which also takes you straight into the French Quarter. This location is literally the heart of the city making it extremely easy to get anywhere around New Orleans within 10 minutes. It really doesn’t get any better than this, I promise!

This FUN, OASIS home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 1/2 baths. It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, air hockey and pool table! My vacation rental is located right off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. :-)

Since 2015, just steps to the St. Charles streetcar on Brainard Street (at Philip St). The 1930's double is the entire second floor with private front and rear entrances, Living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, screened porch and laundry. Relax and enjoy a walk-able neighborhood after exploring the many activities of the city. I live downstairs and enjoy meeting our guests upon arrival. Restaurants, bars and markets are on St. Charles Avenue!

Historically renovated Central City shotgun

A raised sitting porch and private entrance with keypad access give way to a warm, artistically decorated and thoughtfully appointed half of a 2 bedroom shotgun double. My husband and I live on the other side of the double. We’re happy to recommend restaurants, happy hours, live music, or whatever you're into plus the best ways to get around.
