City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). The Balcony Suite is an intimate space with a private bathroom. It was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. This unit has all the amenities that you would find in your own home including a washer dryer ironing board and iron. The trolley is one block away and Magazine Street is 3 short blocks. Lots of room to relax and visit with family and friends, large island in the kitchen with sofa and counter chairs.

Located on the Westbank of the Mississippi but still only 10 min from the French Quarter! Safest Neighborhood in all of New Orleans!! Warm personal touches and custom built furniture!
